Subject: Special Opportunity: USO-NC – Quarter Auction: Saturday, 1/12/2019

Greeting Brother SK and FN,

Vivat Jesus

“MERRY CHRISTMAS ” & “HAPPY NEW YEAR “

We were given the opportunity to do another fund raiser at Fr. Price Council hall ( 4301 Columbus Club Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604 ) on Saturday, January 12, 2019 (HOURS: 6 – 10 PM)
DUE to a CANCELLATION by another organization. The request was made by Brother SK John Gouldie, PSD
and Lori Phillips( manager of the Hall ). They have been very supportive of our programs in the past.
Your ASSEMBLY made the decision, at the last business meeting, to support the USO-NC.

I am requesting your support by providing items to be auction at the “Quarter Auction”.
These items need to have VALUE for the bidders who will be attending ( 75-100).
Suggestions: Wine, chocolates, sport event tickets: State, UNC, Duke, Canes, Special Event tickets, items you have at home
that you NO longer need or use,Donations from area business: car wash, lawn treatment service, etc.

The more items make better $$$ from the auction. If everyone donates one item, we will be SUCCESSFUL!!!

Bring your donation to the Council OR Assembly meeting in January. DEADLINE: Friday, January 11th. THANKS.
You can drop off @ Fr. Price Hall Saturday, January 12th from 3:30 – 6:00 PM OR bring withy you if attending the Auction.

See the flier attached for details of the auction. I would respectfully request you & your wife to attend.the auction.
You will have a GREAT evening and help assist our service men & women and a lot of fun.
Fraternally,
Brother SK Tom DuPree PGK, PFN

| The March for Life began in Washington, D.C., as a small demonstration and rapidly grew to be the largest pro-life event in the world. The peaceful demonstration that has followed on (or near) the somber anniversary of Roe v. Wade every year since 1973 is a witness to the truth concerning the greatest human rights violation of our time, legalized abortion on demand.

Marchers go to Washington to rally and march for life and to visit with their elected officials in the Congress.

The next National March for Life, commemorating the 46th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, will take place on January 18, 2019 at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.at the Washington Monument. The program begins with a rally at 12 noon, and there will be a time of musical reflection at 11:45 a.m. There will be jumbo-trons for easier viewing. The march to the Capitol building follows.

The theme this year is “Unique From Day One”. The focus will be on the fact that science backs up the pro-life claim that life begins at conception. More info about this year’s March for Life and other associated events is available at marchforlife.org/mfl-2019/
