2021-2022 FY Election of Officers

Worthy Brothers,

During last night’s business meeting, the floor was opened for the nomination of candidates to fill the positions of Council Officers for FY 2021-2022.

The positions open for nomination are; Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Chancellor, Recorder, Treasurer, Advocate, Warden, Inside Guard, Outside Guard and Board of Trustees.  
These positions are open to all brother Knights in good standing who have been initiated in the first three Degrees of our Order.  
If you would like to nominate yourself or another brother Knight, please contact one of the Trustees (Ed Gary, Juan Vazquez,or myself) ASAP.

2021 Knights Raffle – final results – WOW!

Worthy brothers – thank you for the fantastic support of this year’s raffle
ticket fundraiser.

*We exceeded our goal of 360 tickets by selling 425 tickets and raising
over $2000!*

Half the money stays with our council to support our charitable efforts and
the other half goes to the NC State Council.

Your generous support was overwhelming – thank you and may God bless you
and your families.

Here are the numbers for the most successful 2 Fish Fry’s we have ever had, in the last 20 years.

2021 Final Fish Fry numbers:
Total meals purchased: 456
Total Expenses $1805
Net Income $1622
This was such a GREAT successful event of serving the St. Catherines Parish and Community, during this COVID time!

I would also like to Thank Ed Gary, Mike Palczuk and all the Knights, for your help in making this a successful Community event.

Knights 100th NC State Convention

Monday, March 22nd, 2021

Worthy Brother Knights,

We are looking for another Brother Knight to be a Delegate. If you are interested in representing our Council as a delegate, there is an opening for a Delegate to attend the 100th NC State Convention May 14-16, 2021 at the “Great Wolf Lodge” resort in Concord NC. The Council will pay for the Registration & Hotel room for you. This could include you, a couple or a family.

This would be truly a great event for any Brother Knight and your family. Your room reservations includes use of the water park and all amenities of the resort.

Time is short, discounted room reservation are limited. I will need to register you by 4/1/21.

For any brother that is interested in serving as a delegate and a GREAT weekend please contact me. Anyone interested and wanting more information let me know.

This would be a GREAT WEEKEND for you and the family.

Knights Raffle Last Call – 30 tickets & 15 days to go!

Thank you to all brother Knights who have supported the raffle. We’ve sold
330 tickets and our goal is 360 – ticket sales end March 31.

*DELIVERY OPTION:* We can deliver the tickets straight to your car when you
pick up your Fish Fry meals this Friday!!

Ticket sales via mail have been working well if you can’t meet in
person – *please
contact a co-chair (cc’ed on this email) to get your tickets if you can
support the fundraiser this year.*

Raffle Ticket season is now open! Tickets are $5 each and $2.50 of each
ticket sold comes back to our council to support our charitable
activities. This is a great way to raise funds for both the state and our
council.

We’ve split up the roster based on member last names to spread the load
across the co-chairs but feel free to get your tickets from any co-chair.
